Terms of use
1. The service
Ondaly is a personal bill reminder and budgeting app. It helps you record bills and expenses and reminds you of due dates. It is not a bank, does not move money and does not give financial advice. Amounts, dates and estimates (such as late fees, projections or safe-to-spend figures) are calculated from what you enter and can be wrong; check before you act on them.
2. Your data
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for backups. Ondaly offers export tools in Settings; use them before changing phones or uninstalling. See the privacy policy.
3. Ondaly Pro
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play: yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or monthly. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
- If Pro ends, nothing is deleted. Pro features simply pause and your data remains readable and exportable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or use the app to break the law. Don't try to bypass purchase verification.
5. Warranty and liability
Ondaly is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed payments, fees, or losses arising from reminders that did not arrive (for example because notifications were disabled, the phone was off, or the app was force-closed), from incorrect entries, or from device loss without a backup.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

1. Hizmet
Ondaly kişisel bir fatura hatırlatıcı ve bütçe uygulamasıdır. Fatura ve harcamalarını kaydetmene, vade tarihlerini hatırlamana yardım eder. Banka değildir, para transfer etmez, finansal danışmanlık vermez. Tutarlar, tarihler ve tahminler (gecikme bedeli, projeksiyon, güvenli harcama gibi) senin girdiklerinden hesaplanır ve yanlış olabilir; bir işlem yapmadan önce kontrol et.
2. Verin
Verin cihazında tutulur. Yedekleme senin sorumluluğundadır. Ayarlar'da dışa aktarma araçları vardır; telefon değiştirmeden ya da uygulamayı kaldırmadan önce kullan. Bkz. gizlilik politikası.
3. Ondaly Pro
- Pro, App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden satın alınan, kendiliğinden yenilenen bir aboneliktir: yıllık (7 gün ücretsiz deneme ile) ya da aylık. Fiyatlar mağazada yerel para biriminle gösterilir.
- Ücret, satın alma onayında ya da ücretsiz deneme bitiminde (bitişten en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediyse) mağaza hesabından alınır.
- Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediyse kendiliğinden yenilenir. Mağaza hesabı ayarlarından yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsin; uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- Pro biterse hiçbir şey silinmez. Pro özellikler yalnız durur; verin okunabilir ve dışa aktarılabilir kalır.
- İadeler Apple ve Google'ın kendi kurallarına göre yapılır.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözme, yeniden satma ya da yasa dışı amaçla kullanma. Satın alma doğrulamasını aşmaya çalışma.
5. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Ondaly "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; ulaşmayan hatırlatmalardan (örneğin bildirimler kapalıysa, telefon kapalıysa ya da uygulama zorla kapatıldıysa), hatalı girişlerden ya da yedeksiz cihaz kaybından doğan kaçırılmış ödemeler, ücretler ve zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada duyurulur. Değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir.
